گرده سوخت و ساز را آسان نموده و تاثیر درمانی رضایت بخشی در بدن انسان دارد برای مثال افرادی که در کشور روسیه بالا تر از ۱۲۵ سال عمر دارند معمولأ زنبور دارانی هستند که از گرده زنبور در رژیم غذا یی خود استفاده کرده اند.
